Ficou conhecida interpretando a personagem Sam Puckett na série humorística da Nickelodeon “iCarly”. Ainda no papel de Sam, Jennette estrelou o spin off “Sam & Cat” ao lado de Ariana Grande, porém, a série foi cancelada com o último episódio exibido em julho de 2014.
