Biografia:
Jay Brannan nasceu em Houston, Texas, Estados Unidos. Ele estudou no Conservatório de Música da Universidade de Cincinnati por dois semestres. Jay atualmente reside em Nova Iorque.
Muito do seu trabalho foi disponibilizado em seu próprio site na Internet e pelo Youtube. Em março de 2007, Brannan colocou o álbum "Unmastered" - com quatro de suas canções - à venda em sites e no Myspace. Seu primeiro álbum, Goddammed, também está também à venda, disponível em vários sites de venda de música digital.
