Biografia:

James é uma banda inglesa da cidade de Manchester e foi formada em 1981. A banda teve maior êxito durante a década de 1990 onde consagrou grandes sucessos musicais que marcaram gerações como Sit Down, Laid, Say Something, Born Of Frustration, Sometimes (Lester Piggott), entre outros.

Em 2001 o vocalista Tim Booth decidiu parar e a banda ficou inactiva. Em 2007 a banda regressou à actividade com uma nova turné e um novo álbum de compilações chamado Fresh as a Daisy - The Singles.
