Thomas Black (28 de Agosto, 1969 - Redondo Beach, Califórnia), mais conhecido como Jack Black, é um ator e músico estadunidense.
Black cresceu em Hermosa Beach, California. Seus pais, Thomas W. Black e Judith C. Cohen, engenheiros e membros de um grupo naturista, se divorciaram quando Black tinha dez anos. Após a separação, ele e seu pai foram morar em Curver City, Califórnia.
Black frequentou a Universidade da Califórnia em Los Angeles, onde foi colega do também ator Tim Robbins
