Biografia:
Grupo indie rock de Nova York, formado em 1994 quando Andy Chase colocou um anúncio no Village Voice a fim de iniciar uma banda. Adam Schlesinger juntou-se a ele e em poucos meses conheceram a francesa Dominique Durand, que nunca havia cantado antes. Sua voz, no entanto, revelou-se uma das melhores e mais requintadas do mundo musical. Assim nasceu o Ivy, cuja influencia vem de grupos como Everything But the Girl, Prefab Sprout, Aztec Camera e Smiths.
