Biografia:
Handsome Furs é uma banda de indie rock de Montreal, Canadá. A banda é formada por marido/esposa duo Dan Boeckner, da Wolf Parade e Atlas Strategic, e escritora de pequenas histórias, Alexei Perry. A banda assinou com Sub Pop Records no final de 2006, e lançaram seu primeiro álbum, Plague Park, em 2007.
O nome da banda vem do título de uma curta história que Alexei estava escrevendo durante a conceitualização da banda.
