Biografia:
In Flames é uma banda sueca de death metal melódico fundada em Gotemburgo, em 1990. Desde 1998, sua formação consiste de Jesper Strömblad (guitarra), Anders Fridén (vocal), Björn Gelotte (guitarra), Peter Iwers (baixo), e Daniel Svensson (bateria).
O núcleo dos In Flames apareceu em Gotemburgo, na Suécia, em 1990. Ainda sem um nome definitivo, a banda mudou o seu line-up algumas vezes e em agosto de 1993 gravou as primeiras músicas. Foram três canções (In Flames
