Biografia:
Ignea comenzó en Kiev, Ucrania, bajo el nombre de Parallax. Intencionalmente, fue la primera banda ucraniana en tocar metal oriental, un subgénero del folk metal. La banda, sin embargo, no se limitó a los límites estrictos del metal oriental, e incluyó elementos de subgéneros de metal sinfónicos, industriales, modernos, progresivos y otros subgéneros. La actividad de la banda comenzó en 2013 cuando la banda ingresó en Morton Studio, conocido estudio de rock y metal en Ucrania, para grabar su EP debut, titulado Sputnik.
