Biografia:

A origem do Hoodoo Gurus começou do fruto de um movimento punk que havia na cidade de Perth. The Victims and Scientists foi a primeira banda do vocalista e guitarrista, Dave Faulkner. Quando a banda acabou, ele ficou um tempo nos Estados Unidos, até que ele e mais seus ex-companheiros de conjunto, Roddy e James, resolveram se mudar para Sydney. Lá eles formaram os “Le Hoodoo Gurus”, em janeiro de 1981, que além de Faulker, era composto pelo vocalista e guitarrista Kimble Rendall (ex-XL-Capris)
