Grizzly Bear é uma banda norte-americana de indie/folk rock originária de Brooklyn, Nova Iorque. É um quarteto composto por Edward Droste (letras, voz, guitarra, omnichord, teclado), Daniel Rossen (letras, voz, guitarra, teclado), Chris Taylor (baixo, voz de apoio, instrumentos vários, produção) e Christopher Bear (bateria, voz de apoio).
A banda emprega instrumentos tradicionais e eletrônicos e os quatro membros cantam. O som é caracterizado por rock experimental, folk rock e indie rock.
