Gerald Rafferty, ou Gerry Rafferty (Paisley, 16 de abril de 1947 - Bournemouth, 4 de janeiro de 2011) foi um cantor, compositor e músico escocês.Foi vitimado por uma insuficiência hepática causada por alcoolismo. Estava acompanhado por sua filha Martha no momento de seu falecimento em sua casa.
