Geraldine Estelle Halliwell (Watford, Reino Unido, 6 de agosto de 1972), filha de Laurence Halliwell, de ascendência inglesa e sueca, e Ana Maria Hidalgo, espanhola legítima, tendo quatro irmãos, dois de ambos os pais, Natalie e Max, e dois meio irmãos, Paul e Karen, todos mais velhos que ela. Halliwell ficou mundialmente conhecida como Ginger Spice ao integrar, nos anos 90, o maior fenômeno pop desde os Beatles, as Spice Girls.
Em 7 de junho de 1999 é lançado o primeiro álbum, Schizophonic, estreando em 4º lugar e vendendo 31.
