Vocalista principal do grupo inglês "Take That", iniciado em 1992, terminado em 1996 e ressurgido em 2006. Era reconhecido como o "talento por trás do grupo", sendo responsável por grande parte das composições do trabalho, principalmente dos maiores sucessos como "Back For Good".
