Como um cara da Filadélfia faz um rock leve, solto, como o da Califórina é um mistério. Mas G.LOVE poderia muito bem ser nascido por lá. Sua sonoridade puxa muita guitarra da surf music, do rock setentista, do reggae e do blues, assim como os vocais.
Em Geral, seu novo disco, Lemonade tem um clima eletroacústico saboroso, com gaitinha aqui, um solinho lá. Sim o cara é da turma de Jack Johnson e Donavon Franckenheiter (que dão as caras em várias faixas).
