Biografia:
Makiadi Luambo Franco, nasceu a 06 de Julho de 1938 em Sona-Bata e, morreu a 12 de Outubro de 1989.
Foi um hábil músico zairense/congolês (República Democrática do Congo, RDC). Seu nome artístico era Franco Luambo ou simplesmente Franco. Luambo Makiadi é muito célebre por ser o mestre da «rumba» congolesa e, mais tarde «sukus». É o pai do TPOK Jazz (Tout Puissant OK JAZZ – Incompatível Ok Jazz), e considerado como um dos fundadores da música congolêsa contemporânea.
