Fionn Regan é um cantor e compositor irlandês de Bray, County Wicklow, Irlanda.
Ele cita artistas como Bob Dylan e Neil Young como suas influências, os primeiros lançamentos de Regan foram seu single, "Little Miss Drunk", e três EPs chamados Hotel Room, Reservior e Campaign Button, que foram lançados sob uma pequena gravadora indie, Anvil Records.
