Biografia:
O Electronic é um projeto formado pelo vocalista do New Order, Bernard Sumner, e pelo ex-guitarrista do The Smiths, Johnny Marr.
A primeira gravação do grupo foi Getting Away With It, em dezembro de 1989 e contava, também, com Neil Tennant do Pet Shop Boys nos vocais. O single foi bem nas paradas inglesas e norte-americanas, chegando ao quarto lugar na parada Modern Rock e em sétimo na de dance music. Apesar disso a banda se separou por dois anos.
