Biografia:
Ed Ames, cantor e ator americano, de Malden, Massachusetts, ele é mais conhecido, principalmente no Brasil, pela atuação em que ele fazia o papel do índio MINGO na série de TV Daniel Boone juntamente com Fess Parker.
Ed Ames nasceu em 1927 e iniciou sua carreira artística como cantor numa banda familiar chamada Ames Brothers de grande popularidade.
Depois Ed abandonou a música e começou a se dedicar e estudar teatro e atuação na Herbert Berghoff School.
