Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show foi uma banda de pop-rock país formado em torno de Union City, Nova Jersey, em 1969 .
História
O núcleo fundador da banda consistiu de quatro amigos, George Cummings, Dennis Locorriere, Ray Sawyer, Billy Francis-que havia jogado para cima e para baixo da Costa Leste e no Meio-Oeste, encerrando-se em Nova Jersey, um por um, com convites de fundação banda membro George Cummings. Informado pelo proprietário de um clube que precisava de um nome para colocar em um cartaz na janela de seu estabelecimento
