Biografia:
Desaparecidos foi uma banda de post-hardcore natural de Nebraska nos Estados Unidos. Era um projeto paralelo de Conor Oberst, vocalista da banda Bright Eyes. A banda foi muito elogiada e criticada por seu som cru, logo depois do lançamento do único álbum da banda Read Music/Speak Spanish. Com um certo contraste com a banda Bright Eyes, as vezes por seu vocal mais gritado, a banda acabou ganhando caracterísica de uma banda post-hardcore (como At the Drive-In).
