Biografia:
Dead by April é uma banda de metal sueca de Gotemburgo, formada em fevereiro de 2007. A banda é constituída por Jimmie Strimell, Zandro Santiago, Marcus Wesslén, Alex Svenningsson, Pontus Hjelm e Johan Olsson. A banda lançou seu primeiro álbum, intitulado com o mesmo nome da banda, em Maio de 2009.
Em 2010, os dois guitarristas, Pontus Hjelm e Johan Olsson, deixaram a banda. Pontus, no entanto, ainda é compositor da banda e ainda age com frequência aparecendo em alguns álbuns e turnês.
