Biografia:
David nasceu em 5 de Dezembro de 1978, em Little Rock, Arkansas.
Ex-integrante da banda Americana Evanescence, na qual tocava piano e fazia vocais masculinos em algumas músicas, como Fall Into You e Breathe cantadas com Amy Lee. Saiu em 2003, logo depois da gravação do álbum Fallen, por diferenças criativas do caminho que a banda estava rumando, ainda assim ele os deixou com boas relações com a banda e está agora seguindo uma carreira como artista solo novamente.
