Biografia:

Marie Dionne Warwick (East Orange, Nova Jérsei, 12 de Dezembro de 1940) é uma cantora norte-americana. Ganhou fama como a intérprete preferida dos compositores Burt Bacharach e Hal David. Ambos a presentearam com uma série de hits, como "Walk On By", "I Say a Little Prayer" e "This Girl's in Love with You”, entre outros.


Cresceu ouvindo e cantando gospel, estilo que incorporaria de maneira vibrante em seu modo de cantar. Em 1963, emplacou o clássico soul "Don’t Make Me Over"
