Biografia:
Existem mais de uma banda denominadas "Colosseum".
1) Banda de jazz-rock e rock progressivo formada em 1968 pelo baterista Jon Hiseman, pelo saxofonista Dick Heckstall-Smith e pelo baixista Tony Reeves, aos quais se juntaram mais tarde o teclista Dave Greenslade e o guitarrista Jim Roche - que foi depois substituído pelo guitarrista e cantor James Litherland.
2) Banda de Funeral Doom Metal finlandesa formada em 2006, atualmente com uma demo lançada independentemente, os álbuns "Chapter I: Delirium", o "Chapter II".
