Kwon Hyuk , mais conhecido por DEAN (, estilizado como DN), nasceu em 10 de novembro de 1992 na Coreia do Sul. Ele é um artista de R&B alternativo, produtor e compositor sob o nome Deanfluenza.
A inspiração para seu nome artístico veio de James Dean.
Sua estreia nos Estados Unidos foi com o single I'm Not Sorry, em colaboração com Eric Bellinger e lançado em julho de 2015. Estreou na Coreia do Sul em outubro do mesmo ano com seu segundo single, Pour Up, com participação de ZICO.
