Howard Eliott Payne
Howard Eliott Payne (Howie Payne) is an English singer songwriter from Liverpool, UK. Payne was formerly the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter of the band The Stands, as well as a member of the band The Big Kids with Edgar Jones, formerly of The Stairs & formerly of Blue Seed. He is brother to Sean Payne of The Zutons and Candie Payne.
