Biografía:
Eleanor Friedberger, nacida el 02 de septiembre 1976 en Oak Park, Illinois, es parte del indie rock dúo “The Fiery Furnaces” con su hermano Mateo Friedberger. En la banda, ella aporta la mayoría de las voces, tanto en sus discos y durante sus conciertos. Eleanor creció cantando con su abuela, Sarantos Olga y su familia en una iglesia ortodoxa griega.
En abril de 2011, Merge Records anunció que lanzará primer álbum como solista Friedberger, “Last Summer”, el 12 de julio de 2011.
