DeVotchKa es una agrupación de 4 multi-instrumentistas y vocalista formada en el año 1991 que fusionan música y tradiciones de origen romaní, griego, eslavo y bolero, con el punk y folclor estadounidense. Ellos tomaron el nombre de la palabra de origen ruso devochka que significa niña joven.
