Collective Soul es una banda de rock alternativo/post-grunge proveniente de Georgia, EE.UU. y una de las bandas más importantes surgidas en los años 90, tras la muerte de Kurt Cobain, junto con otras como Weezer, Green Day o Foo Fighters.

Su estilo está enmarcado dentro del rock alternativo, y también experimentan sonidos grunge y hard-rock mezclados con pop y folk; lo que le da el caracter a la banda. Sus principales influencias incluyen a Elvis Presley
