Biografía:
Bonnie Lynn Raitt, (8 de noviembre de 1949, Burbank (California), Estados Unidos) es una cantante y guitarrista de Blues y R&B, hija de la estrella de musicales de Broadway John Raitt.
Raitt comenzó a tocar la guitarra a una edad muy temprana, algo que no hacían muchas de sus amigas del colegio. Más tarde se hizo famosa por su estilo de tocar la guitarra con slide.
En 1967, Raitt continuó su carrera entrando en el Radcliffe College para estudiar una licenciatura en estudios africanos.
