Biografía:
Con residencia en West Midlands, Inglaterra, Stephen Wilkinson desarrolló su interés por la música experimental durante su estancia en la Universidad Middlesex de Londres, donde estudió "sonic arts". Bibio ha creado su propio estilo de música, con influencias de bandas experimentales contemporáneas como Boards of Canada, e incoporando nuevos sonidos de su cosecha. Melodías de guitarra con arreglos electrónicos y uso de sintetizadores son una constante en sus canciones
