Biografía:
Nacida el 24 de abril de 1942 en Brooklyn (Nueva York), Barbra Joan Streisand ha sido reconocida como una de las voces más importantes del siglo XX. Ha cosechado éxitos en múltiples facetas artísticas - como cantante, actriz, directora de cine, productora y autora.
Su carrera comenzó como cantante en clubes de Manhattan antes de lograr su primer papel en el modesto musical de Broadway "I Can Get It For You Wholesale", que con apenas 20 años le propulsó a la fama.
