George Ivan Morrison (Belfast, 31 de agosto de 1945), Van Morrison (conocido también como "Van" y "The Belfast Lion" (el León de Belfast), es un cantante y compositor irlandés que combina una voz muy personal con el dominio de varios instrumentos tales como la armónica, la guitarra, el saxofón y el piano.
Su influencia sobre diversos músicos ha sido notoria. Su música es dificil de catalogar; tiene influencias del Jazz, Soul, Rhythm & Blues, Folk, Rock y Country.
