Joseph Armand Roch Voisine (nacido el 26 de marzo de 1963 en Edmundston, Canadá) es un cantante, cimpositor, actor, presentador de televisión y locutor de radio. Su discografía cuenta con temas tanto en inglés como en francés, siendo este último el que le dio la fama y en el que Roch se desenvuelve mejor. En su discografía se encuentran temas pop, rock o jazz, entre otros estilos musicales.
Licenciado en Fisioterapia en la Universidad de Ottawa
