Biografía:
Guitarrista y cantante estadounidense que alcanzó la fama en los '60 con su grupo The McCoys. Con solo 17 años, su canción "Hang on Sloopy" era la número uno en su país en 1965 .
En los '70, trabajó con los hermanos Winter, participando de Johnny Winter And, Edgar Winter's White Trash y The Edgar Winter Group.
En 1973, comenzó su carrera como solista grabando el álbum "All American Boy", que contenía el mayor éxito de su carrera: "Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo" (que ya había grabado previamente en 1970 con el grupo Johnny Winter And)
