Biografía:
Philip David Charles Collins (n. 31 de enero de 1951 en Chiswick, Inglaterra) es un cantante, compositor, baterista, pianista y actor británico y uno de los personajes más activos y de mayor éxito de la música rock.
Collins ha liderado el Billboard Top 100 estadounidense como vocalista en ocho ocasiones entre 1984 y 1989, siete como solista y uno con Genesis. De 1970 a 1996 fue el vocalista pricipal del grupo de rock británico Génesis, con el que tiene alguna colaboración esporádica desde 2007.
