Biografía:
Patti Page, cantante reconocida internacionalmente, nació en 1927 en Oklahoma. Empezó con música country y algunos de sus temas pop contienen elementos del género. Se la recuerda como una gran cantante que logró su primer hit single en 1948 con el tema "Confess". Page fue contratada por Mercury records, editando "With My Eyes Wide Open", que vendió más de un millón de copias. Pero su mayor exitazo fue, sin duda, "The Tennessee Waltz", que fue nº 1 durante 13 semanas en 1950.
