Biografía:

Papa Roach es una banda estadounidense de hard rock/metal alternativo, creada a principios de los 90s y que se dio a conocer internacionalmente en el año 2000 con su álbum Infest.

Originarios de Vacaville, en el norte de California, la banda se formó en 1993 por los amigos de secundaria Jacoby Shaddix cantando (Coby Dick), Dave Bucker (batería) y Will James (bajos). Jerry Horton (guitarra) se unió poco después. El cuarteto se nombró en honor al abuelo de Shaddix y adoptó la cucaracha en símbolo de durabilidad y longevidad.
