Biografía:
Nacido en 1944 en La Jolla (California). Compone y canta. Se inicia profesionalmente en Los Angeles con la guitarra, y al tiempo que cursa estudios de literatura en UCLA, se traslada a Montreal (Canada)y empieza con Gordon Lightfood y una banda canadiense llamada Lighthouse. De vuelta a California en los ´70, graba música de películas con leyendas del blues como Sonny Terry y Brownie McGhee. En 1975 ficha en Warner Bross y graba grandes discos como "The Art of Tea"
