Mahalia Burkmar (1 de mayo de 1998) Nació en Syston, Leicestershire, Inglaterra. Cantautora y actriz británica, considerada una de las nuevas estrellas de la escena Soul y R&B. Saltó a la fama en 2017 con el sencillo Sober y los exitosos temas Hold On y Pressure. Burkmar se ha dado a conocer en la escena musical británica con el nombre artístico Mahalia desde 2012, año en el que publicó su primer EP Head Space (2012). Regresó tres años más tarde con el EP Never Change (2015) y un año después publicó su álbum debut
