Woods of Ypres fue una banda canadiense de blackened doom metal formada en la localidad de Windsor, Ontario en el año 2002 por David Gold y Aaron Palmer. La banda solía alternar estilos entre pasajes acústicos, black metal melódico, doom metal y metal gótico especialmente ya hacia los últimos años de su carrera.
