Mark Thomas Tremonti (nació el 18 de abril de 1974) es un guitarrista ganador del Premio Grammy y líder de la banda de rock estadounidense Alter Bridge. y Además es conocido por ser el cofundador junto a Scott Stapp de la banda de rock Creed. Tremonti, no solo escribe la música y las letras, sino que contribuye como vocalista de fondo.
Junto a Scott Stapp compuso varios éxitos de Creed, sus albumes My Own Prison , Human Clay, y su tercer y ultimo album Weathered del cual se desprende su primer sencillo My Sacrifice,
