Biografía:

Cantante británico nacido en 1936. Su nombre era Thomas Hicks. Antes de dedicarse a la música trabaja de marino mercante, actuando en pequeños locales con una banda de Country & Western. En 1956 un cazatalentos que piensa que es el Elvys británico lo contrata y le hace cambiar el nombre artístico. Pronto se convierte en estrella de la época. En 1958 deja su carrera musical y se dedica al cine.
