Stephen Bruner ama los felinos intergaláctico de dibujos animados Thundercats tanto que tomó su nombre como el suyo. Después de eso, el hecho de que Bruner es a la vez el bajista de Suicidal Tendencies y responsable de este álbum de electro-jazz fusión no acaba de parecer tan extraño. Parte de Brainfeeder Flying Lotus es colectiva, Bruder ha aprovechado la vena establecido por LP Lotus Cosmogramma del año pasado, un continuo donde breakbeats y improvisación en solitario se combinan con sonidos abstractos
