Thunder son una banda inglesa de rock duro, que originalmente se formó en 1989, cuando Terraplane rompió, dejando cantante Danny Bowes y el guitarrista / compositor principal Lucas Morley para formar una nueva banda, es decir, Thunder. Manteniendo el baterista Gary James (conocida popularmente como 'Harry' James) de Terraplane, que completó la línea con el bajista Marcos' Serpiente 'Luckhurst y el guitarrista / teclista Ben Matthews.
