Biografía:
The Trammps fue una de las bandas de disco pioneras salidas de Chicago. Temas como "Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart" (1972) y "Love Epidemic" (1973) fueron todo un bombazo, aunque se les recuerda más por su famoso single "Disco Inferno" (1976), parte de la Banda Sonora de "Fiebre del Sábado Noche". Otros éxitos cosechados incluyen "Bring Back the Night" (1975) y "That's Where the Happy People Go" (1975). En 2005, disco más representativo, "Disco Inferno", entra en el Dance Music Hall of Fame, en Nueva York.
