[Verse]

Some girls work in the market places
C G
and some girls work in stores
G
But Lulu Works in the Dockside house
C D
With forty other Whores
G
Well Lulu had a baby

She took me to the stable
C G
Then we sat down in the stalls
G
and every time a horse would neigh
C D
She'd grab me by the balls
G
She took me to a mountaintop
C G
and banged me on a hill
G
'cause every time I said I won't
C D G D
My echo said, "I will" (I will)

C G
she's only twenty three
G
she spent one night witch a sailor boy

Next morning, they both kissed good-bye

[Verse]
G
Well, Lulu has another threat
C G
that men know very well
G
when she lies down and spreads her legs
C D
she has that special smell
G
Well, Lulu' explanation
C G
when men turn away in shock
G
she says "Don't look at me, good sir
C D G D
we must be near the dock" (Oh)

for every time she took a bath
C D
Her bosom I would rub

Me Lulu, she's a clean one
C G
she allways smells real nice

Allthough she's got the Pox and warts

upon me Lulu's hand

I'd see the promised land

she said "You're very nice"
