Biografía:
Banda paralela a Duran Duran integrada por los duranies John Taylor (bajo), Andy Taylor (guitarra), el chic Tony Thompson (batería) y Robert Palmer (voz). La produccion del disco estuvo a cargo del bajista de Chic, Bernard Edwards. Creada a mediados de los ochenta la banda grabó un disco debut The Power Station que la colocó en un lugar de culto por la originalidad de su sonido. Los hits principales fueron Some Like It Hot, y el cover de T-Rex, Get it On.
