Biografía:

The Pale Fountains fue un grupo británico de post punk e indie pop formado en Liverpool en 1981 y disuelto en 1985. Estuvo compuesto por Mick Head (cantante, guitarrista y compositor), Chris McCaffery (bajista), Thomas Whelan (batería) y Andy Diagram (trompetista). A diferencia de otros grupos de su generación, su sonido estaba influido, además de por el post punk, por la bossa nova y por artistas de los años 60 como Burt Bacharach, Beatles y especialmente Love.
