Biografía:
The Icicle Works son una banda de rock alternativo. Nombrado en honor a la historia de los 60's "The Day the Icicle Works Closed" del autor de ciencia ficción Frederik Pohl, The Icicle Works se unieron a la ola de la 'neo-psychedelia' de Liverpool's a principios de los 80's, la cual también impulsó a Echo & the Bunnymen y a The Teardrop Explodes. Son mejor conocidos en su tierra natal por su único hit del top 40 del Reino Unido "Love Is A Wonderful Colour" (1983).
